David Lebovitz's recent blog posts extolling the virtues of Kuma's and Edzo's, burger joints in the Avondale neighborhood of Chicago and in Evanston, respectively, are more evidence that Chicago has become a real culinary destination. While Lebovitz admits to concentrating mainly on burgers and Mexican food while in the Windy City, we residents are spoiled for choice in terms of experimental American as well as international fare.
